Microsurgery and Endoret® technique
Many treatments are only successful when the problem is handled cautiously and with minimal invasion. Magnification systems such as surgical microscopes or magnifying glasses open us up to another world! With almost all procedures we use up to 25-times magnification – especially with implantology and periodontal surgery. We employ delicate micro sutures that support a particularly gentle and rapid wound healing. Precision instruments and materials play the biggest role here. The microsurgery technique enables minimal invasion with maximum precision – your procedure is much more delicate.
Accelerating regeneration of wounds through self-healing.
Endogenous factors, fibrin and blood platelets can be recovered from blood and used for bone regeneration. By simply withdrawing blood from a vein and using a special centrifugation process (Endoret®), the number of cells, platelets and growth factors become highly concentrated.
This concentrate is mixed with the bone mineral. Cells and growth factors are now already in place and do not have to migrate to the operated area. The result: significantly accelerated healing!
